You may close your jl16.com account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances associated with unverified accounts or accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
